Sometimes when I wift from park to D or even R to D, the tranny jumps into 4th gear. Then I have to stop and shut the egine down and restart and everything is fine. So that leads me to beleive its an electronic problem since a restart fixes everything and the problem does not appear for months.

Oh and the kicker dealer say ''We cant find anything'' days before the warranty ran out

I am sorry for you experince at such a bad dealership, please post the name so other know to avoid the dealership.

Try another dealer and tell them about your past experince at the past dealership and maybe they will lessen the price you have to pay to have it fixed.

Why any dealer would refuse to fix a car when they get paid to do it is beyond me.
