I really don't think anything will be a direct bolt on for that. I would look into either a Max SE 6spd or the SpecV 6spd. Those really are your only 2 choices here. But since you drive a 240(guessing here) I don't thik there are any choices without considerable machine shop work. The only RWD 6spd Nissan offers is for the 350z.

first off why in the hell would you need to get a 6spd for a 4 cylinder motor, unless your going RB powered or some other 8 or 6 cyinders. Our 240's are not made to do 155 mph, and if you are going to be going that fast you can just change the gear ratio and make them longer, but then by doing that your quarter mile will be affected and your car will make power more into higer rpms making it a topspeed vehicle. Id say if your looking for a 6 spd look into the skyline transmission out of the r32 maybe with alot of farbrication of the bell housing and wireing harness and transmission mounts you might get away with it, but only your skill will allow you to accomplish this task. Also the transmission out of a 300zx might work with also alot of fabricating its a 5spd but with its ratio will almost perform like a 6spd unless again if your going for topspeed, 300zx's are designed to do 155
