transmission swap question!!!!???

Ok well for all who know....i have an auto 240 , and for those who didnt, well, know you do! anyways i am planning on getting a 5-speed swap and it would seem that i found a deal. $100 for transmission+shifter+ecu, miles are approx. 70k on transmission.....my question to you guys(gals), since the transmission is from a s14 and i have an s13.....will there be a problem with anything? as in, fitment and should the ecu be from and s14 or s13.....i would like to know asap please as i am planning on getting it this weekend.

as a side note.....i know that this is not the only parts i need for the swap....just collecting them and wondering if i should even spend my money on this deal

oh and for all the people who have been just telling me to search lately lol...i would...but i am extremely tired right now(3:18AM) and dont exactly have the time to search through the chronicles of NICO. But if i dont get a response then obviously, i know what must be done lol

You do not need the S14 ecu nor will it work. Most people actually prefer to stay with the auto S13 ecu because there is no speed limiter. The S14 transmission will work fine. The S13 can use any of the 240sx transmissions. The S14 cannot because it uses a crankshaft position sensor that mounts on the bell housing that is only found on the S14 trans. If you don't have the sensor. It throws codes and will not pass emissions.
