transmission swap question

Hi there. I´m not shure of it is totaly **** what i think.But here in the vid there is a KA24DE with the 300ZX TT auto transmission.Does it work? I´ve never heard that the transmission will fit on the KA.I Thought about it because the auto transmission from my 240 convertible is broken,and here in Germany ther is no place to find one for the KA. Sorry for my bad english.

I've looked up remanufactured transmissions and have stumbled across the 300zx and 240sx transmissions listed together, with IDENTICAL part numbers.

A mistake on the website? quite possibly... but you can do some ghetto riggin' on nissans. I know someone that put a FWD SR20DE from a sentra SE-R into a S13 240sx with a KA24DE transmission, and it actually ran (so he tells me) i guess it had a **** idle and didnt get up much past 4grand. But i guess if you're really hurtin for a transmission, i guess its worth a try.

why not just source out a remanufactured or a used transmission online??? you pay alot less shipping cost from japan, living there.

Oh yes. That would be so great if it works.I got a Link from a junkyard I think, or yust an online shop.I emailed them but no answer from noone.I need such a transmission but can´t find one who can or will ship it to germany
