I have a g35x sedan. It's the first car that I've had that isn't manual. I actually traded my g35 coupe in for this: bone head move...I wanted the all wheel drive because two winters ago I couldn't get to work if there was half inch of snow on ground. Now I'm stuck with automatic all-wheel drive and I really wish that I still had my stick. Could any one tell me if the conversion is possible, where to go to talk about having someone do it, and roughly how much it would cost? Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated.

It has been done as i have seen it on other sites but it would be very expensive and i havent seen it done to an x model.Besides a new trans, driveshaft, ecm you would also have to alter the wiring harness for the man trans.I think you would also have to have an adapter made to bolt it to the transfer case.It would probably be more cost effective to just trade it in for the man version.

Welcome to NICO!

Yeah...I agree...bonehead move

Ok, yes it is possible to do (although to my knowledge, no one here has done it) it will cost you a crapload of $$$$ to do it, almost making it not worth it.

What kind of snow tires did you have on I have driven the last 3 winters here (Toronto has some bad winters) and with Blizzaks and a little respect for Mother Nature, I've had no problems.
