transmission slippage

Anybody have problems with there transmission slippn'? Mine was slippin' so i took it to the local shop and had them flush it, no change a little worse. Bought lucas trans conditioner and now i'm back to the way it was before the flush. i've got a 03 3.5 with 66,000 on it and its slippin' between 2nd and 3rd its an automatic
