transmission slip help!

I have a 95 KA SE bone stock, auto

my problem is that it slips often. mostly occurs during freeway driving at around 60 mph+. sometimes it slips violently, like when first learning to drive a clutch. after the slip i give it gas and it wont catch, so i let off the gas and after a second or two it catches.

i had my transmission flushed about 6 months ago.

any ideas of what my problem could be?
