Hey guys, looking for some info..planning on starting a SAS to my R50 upon return to Cali and want to install an Atlas 4 t-case, but the only nissan-specific adapters are for the 00-04 X, 98-04 frontier both with the 3.3. Question is, the hell with the engine, were the trannies in the frontier or x the same 4 speed auto we have in the pathfinder? Mainly a spline issue..looked all over on my slower than hell work computer but couldn't find the trans output shaft spline specs for either vehicle. Anybody know? Rugged Rocks has the adapter kit, effectively transforming the 30 spline to a 31, atlas compliant shaft. Did that 30 spline come in all frontiers and xterras as well as the pathfinder, or are we the bastard child that got a 28 or some nonsense? If anyone's got the answer, please give it up. Thanks.
