Hey all

I hit a guardrail a while back in my 92 240SX hatch (front pass. side fender hit first, then the rear swung around and hit a little too). Ever since then, the trannys H pattern has been shifted slightly to the right. So 1st looks like 3rd and 5 rubs the platic trim. It shifts fine and everything runs good, but like I said the pattern is shifted. I got a new transmission mount, but it didnt fix anything other than making the shifting a bit firmer. Is the cross member bent? I looked under the car pretty well and didn't notice any bending, plus the accident wasn't that big. I was doing roughly 30-35 mid turn when I slid on some gravel into the guardrail. Any ideas come to mind?

check your right motor mount. It sounds like everything rolled right. If that mount broke it could cause this.
