transmission sensors??

i was wondering what the best way to take off the sensors on my transmission.. i got the one on the drivers side by the cooling line..but the other ones dont wanna come off.. the one towards the driveshaft looks like it is part off the transmission itself.. so how do i go about gettin it off?? the other one pull right out is that how they all are?? and do u think pullin the transmission by myself is possible with it being supported by jack stands?? i remember the transmission isnt that heavy but its a different story when its 2 foot off the ground.

i have a 90 with the ka24e auto transmission

why are you pulling the trans sensors? if your doing it because or the wiring. you dont need to unplug the harness up near the battery that runs down there and pull it all out attached.

have a friend around for dropping a transmission, and the sensors can be unhooked, and u can get them out with the transmission dropped which is a lot easier, but they bolt onto the transmission
