transmission sensors, need some help.
whats up, im having some searching troubles. i need to know (from the front of the car to the back) what the second sensor is and the sensor above the speed sensor is for a 95 240sx base model transmission is.help a brother out.-tim

BUmP_all i can find is the s13 transmission, do they have the same transmission sensors?-tim

thanks alot man, i was reading around in the fsm, and it says O.D. Switch, which is one that isnt plugged in i think, what is OD is it odometer or overdrive, even though there is no overdrive on a MT, im guessing its odometer or something else... thanks-tim

woops, figured it out, its the 5th gear pos. sensor.
hmm, on that note, where does the tachometer, and speedometer get its signal from? im guessing that the speedometer gets its signal from the speed sensor obviously, but what about the tach? distributor...?and where does the odometer get its counts from? im guessing thats from the speed sensor also, and with all of these failing, my assumtion is that i need a new gauge cluster. what do you think? thanks.-tim
