Take a close look at the rubber. Hard to believe that they "fell apart" since all the 94's I've seen still had supple rubber on the centerline bearing. However, it is is real easy to tear when performing a one man removal. Or with even two incompetent mechanics. 90-93 are an entirely different matter... on those, the rubber is like tissue paper by now. I tore the rubber on 3 driveshafts before I finally learned how to remove and install (alone).
I've researched this issue to death so you get to benefit....You will find that getting a good used shaft will be your cheapest option.

I have an extra 94' shaft which you can have for $150. The centerline rubber is still supple and every now and then, I spray it with a shot of rubber conditioner. I just sold another from a 95' and am waiting for pickup. Oh, also I'm in ATL so you can have it quickly.
Why this is a cheap option....
