transmission rebuild

hey guys ive got 155k miles and still on the rise. its going to be in need of a new clutch soon and the seals are starting to go on the 1st and 2nd gear. ive heard its easier to just get another transmission installed and have them install the new clutch at that time..i was just wonderin..wuts a good price to get the transmission done? anyone ever do it? anyone do it from long island? also wuts a good clutch to look into..thnks

i have an exeddy stage one, no complaints here.if your going to get a new transmission, get the clutch put in at the same time
