transmission question

Sometimes while letting the clutch out about half there is a weird high frequency vibration for about 2 sec... and sometimes when i go to about 3k and push in the clutch is does it... I would say throw out bearing but working exclusively with automatics i don't know a lot about manuals

btw its a 95 base on most likely the second clutch... i'm the second owner and with 126000 miles is got to have a replacement
