Have they fixed the issue of the trans breaking yet or they sticking it to the owners?

While it seems that Nissan worldwide may not be addressing the problem, they are taking steps to make sure that the owners know about problems associated with using the Launch Control feature.

There also seems to be some parts available for upgrades to the breaking prone R35 transmission.

Let's hope that Nissan does have something in the works to make a better built transmission.
