transmission problems again

so today the j acted up made a sound almost the starter was engaged while it was running put in D and it went away got where i was going and went to put it in P and it made a grinding sound so i shut it off and put it in park started it back up and it did not do it again 4 or 5 starts later it did it again ? so i pulled codes and got 1 long flash and 11 short ones so best i can tell its not showing any codes the fluid is pink im stumped here
