transmission problem

I have a 93 fastback 5 spd and one night my transmission suddenly started to grind in every gear. I can still shift fast but it grinds really bad before it goes into gear. If I have it in 2nd or 3rd gear and I push in the clutch and rev it the transmission still grinds. Is it my clutch or slave cylinder, or is it my syncros and balance shafts? Do I need a new transmission? Help!!!

well you might need a trans now if you been grinding the hell out of it. Could be your slave or master or it could be your clutch components. do a visual on your hydrolic system for leaks. if you foind nothing you will need to pull your trans down and take a look at the clutch components.
