transmission issues... please help

Ok.. I have been having some transmission trouble. Mostly, when I start the car, the transmission is very sluggish and has difficulty shifting into first, second, and reverse. Once I have drive the car about a mile or so, the problem goes away. There is no leaking from the car except when I park it for the night, and then I notice a very small puddle of gear oil on the garage floor. I have had the clutch and hydraulic lines replaced within the last 2000 miles and I also have changed the transmission fluid several times recently.


Any advice would be helpful.

oh...btw.... the car is a 1984 300zx turbo manual 5 speed.
