transmission issue

i'm having an issue with my transmission, maybe you knowsometimes like when downshifting or coming to a stop while in gear* clutch depressed*i have a really hard time once stopped pulling the stick out of gear into neutral and vice versa going in too... also if it doesnt release even with the clutch depressed the roll slowly slowly pulls forward until the stick is pulled outta gear * making a clunk noise when i does release...
