transmission issue?? small hole plus slave pics inside.

is this all normal there was a lot of black gunk on the transmission case and the slave cylinder boot had a lil fluid too but it was a lil thinner and clearer.



is that lil hole normal or should i patch it using something like jbweld. lol iam new to these cars so go easy on me.

That little hole lets moisture or clutch material exit the clutch housing. It is a good thing to have. If there was oil coming from the hole that may mean a bad rear main seal.

ok feel a little better but heres the other issue the clutch is slippign really bad and b4 it started slipping the clutch pedal would sometimes stick to the floor board i bled the master and the previous owner replaced it but did not replace the slave could that be the issue?

Sounds like a slave problem. That connector box by the slave could be crapped out also. Best to remove it.

If you adjust the clutch and it still slips you are looking at a clutch job also.
