transmission is shot

Well this morning i woke up late for school and i missed my ride so i had to take my car.I have bad struts and engine mounts to begin with.

im on the GSP and i notice im at 5k only going about 0-55.I pulled into a service station and got gas and on back on the GSP and counted how many times the trans shifts,i counted twice.I'm like WTF where's 4th gear???

had to drive the car back home on overdrive.

Mind you i live in Newark and go to school in South Plainfield.Do needs a trans or can it just be a sensor?

so it wont shift out of overdrive at all?

sounds to me like you are in limp mode, tells me it will most likely be electrical
