transmission input shaft

after months of hearing an annoying squeel when takin off in first gear,i figured i should replace the pilot bushing.i never did it when i installed my spec stage 3,because i didnt know how to remove it.stupid,..i know.well,i pulled it apart and replaced the pilot bushing inspected the input shaft and noticed there was a small amount of side to side play.a few weeks after this was done,its squeeling again.is there a bearing i can replace in the transmission,or is my transmission shot.or should i just take it to a reputable shop.any help?
