transmission help

first off i wasnt sure were to put this but here goes. i have a '88 nissan harbody truck. it was a 4 speed. now i know that the truck has the ka24. so my question is can i swap out the 4 speed and put in a '90 240sx 5 speed transmission. is it a straight forward R/R or do i have to do a little work? thankx
