transmission help in a G20

My 93 G20 automatic transmission is going bad, I changed the fluid and filter, but it still shiftsl slowly out of first and there is no 4th gear once it gets up to speed. I was thinking of pulling one from a junk yard. Does anyone know which trannys are the same as a 93 automatic g20? does a sentra or 240 have the same transmission? or is there an online source to reference the part number?
