i never took the transmission sensors out of the ka so when i put the sr in i couldnt hook them up....i havent noticed any problems or malfunctions....and theres no speed cut either...(5th gear sensor i guess)...but im planning on getting them and doin it this winter...but im wonderin if im hurtin anything or getting decreased performance somehow?...just curious

What transmission harness does everyone use? I just used the one that came with the SR.

i still have the ka transmission harness wired in...so it doesnt fit the sr transmission plugs

its easiest to use the cars stock lower harness and change the sensors for the sr trans out for the ones from the KA

this i know....my question is am i hurting anything by not having these hooked up....or getting any decreased performance somehow??

Nope... Not if your spedo works... And that doesn't hurt the car just the points on the license.
