transmission harness question

when swapping an s13 sr20det into an s14 (95) do i need to use the lower transmission harness from the s14 so that it will plug into the fuse box? i had an auto s14 but the sr20 is a manual, is that gonna be a problem either?i need help

i can answer part of your question i think. im switching my s13 to a manual as we speak, and HT was nice enough to give me a lower harness, as i looked the harnesses were a little different between the auto and the manual. as far as the first part of your question, check your s14 wire colors and maybe by luck (but prob. not) your wire colors will match upsorry if i wasnt any help, lol

ok does anyone have a good link for info on how to do the swap from a running s13 sr20 in an s13 into a 95 240sx? i am in the last steps of this swap and am having problems with this area and it seems like i can't find info anywhere. my main problem i'm trying to overcome is that when i was plugging everything in there was only one connector that actually plugged into the fuse box on the 95. is this the only one that needs to be connected? if there is anyone who did this platform switch can you help me? i need to know if i need to change the lower transmission harness to that of one from an s14 240sx so it will work. please can i get some info from someone.
