transmission grinds in every gear, Help!!

The car is a '93 s13 with the ka. I recently got and new clutch and also a new transmission (not brand new, 86000 miles) everything worked great for a few weeks and now when I shift into any gear it grinds and I have to let the rpms drop a bit before I put it in gear. this happened to my last transmission and thats why I got another one. I have no idea why it grinds. The clutch is bled well and it grabs fine. I'm pretty sure that I installed everything correctly so I have no idea what it could be other than the syncros. but I dont think that all my sycros can go out at once, can they? please help

do you have any transmission fluid in it? maybe when you put the transmission on you didnt tighten the plug enough. id check the simple things first

holy crappity poop!i have the exact same kind of problem going. my sr transmission went bad for some reason even though it only had 30k something miles on it. the shop i was at thought it was the 2nd and 3rd gear synchros. i put in a youthful ka transmission and it was going good for a few weeks but now i have the same 2nd and 3rd gear grinds starting up. it also sometimes won't engage into 1st. i'm am thinking that this is a pressure plate problem. i have a new exedy stage 1 clutch so i thought this would be weird but you never know. someone help us please. transmission swaps aint cheap
