I installed a Perma Cool Auxiliary Trans Cooler and Remote Filter Kit in series with the stock set up in my '91 Pathfinder to lengthen the life of my late shifting transmission. While my late shift has subsided, I've noticed that I am now leaking tranny fluid from the remote perma cool tranny filter that I mounted in the front of the engine bay. It seems as the the filter is leaking from the in/out hoses at the top of the filter housing and from where the filter housing attaches/screws to the filter. I've used teflon tape on all of the threads and tourqued as hard as I can, has anyone else had any leakage problems with the perma cool unit? Any suggestions?
