transmission fluid and LSD question

i have 2 quick questions for s14 owners:

1) how much manual transmission fluid does the s14 take? 3 litres?

2) is the differential or LSD in the s14 serviceable? do i need to change out the oil? can i do this myself? how?

The manual trans takes 5.25 pts of 80w-90 or 75w-90 gear oil. The diff use 80w-90 gear oil and the lsd is not serviceable other than replacement.
