If you had ordered the kit, IoS would have sent that. You didn't order the kit. A brief conversation with Dan, Frank or Justin would have had the correct parts in your possession.
IoS cannot be expected to cover for owner's ignorance.
If you must interact with Joe, email is best.
Are you serious? Did you even read his post from earlier. If not here it is
BLACKonBLACK98 wrote:i called instead of ordering online since i couldn't find the quick clean on the site (for good reason it turned out, they don't sell it). i tried to order the kit but they didn't have it in the system so i ordered it piece for piece. i included the o-ring and even asked about it when it wasn't read back to me. in response, i was told it was included with the filter.
i guess my (not so) "rookie mistake" was trusting that the parts guy actually knew what he was talking about since i bought all the other "bits": 93 tcu, b&m cooler/external filter, lubegard red, bg quickclean for transmission, oem gasket w/ bolts/filter/drain plug washer.
Now after reading that, Black did all he could do on his end, once again IOS MESSED UP! Also I didn't know that you had to wait that long to get back in contact with Joe. I will email him and see how many days it takes for him to reply back.
