Do a search, "transmission Cooler Q45"

There are LOTS of old threads with transmission Cooler pics, and MUCH discussion on mounting locations.

Here's a great thread on both the cooler and transmission fluid. I don't think anyone has ever posted pics of one installed.

^Nice pic^

Can you give us any orientation (assuming this is in a Q)? Is it upside down? Is that infront or back of rad, etc?

The image is oriented correctly, and is from the front of the radiator. Location of the cooler is subjective. Most people place it between the radiator and the condenser. The closer it is to the fan, the better it cools the transmission fluid, but of course it does block and raise the temp of the airflow across the radiator. I like it along the bottom edge like that, cause then you can just fasten the bottom flanges of the cooler and the radiator together. I don't like using plastic ties to take out the vertical loads...recipe for eventual failure IMO.

Here's how I mounted mine... for orientation purposes, this would be like looking at the radiator from the front of the car when the radiator is mounted. Another hint - I found some nice plastic caps that fit on the old cooler input and output on the radiator at Home Depot for about 50 cents. Makes for a really clean and nice install.

I checked with B&M and they said it's fine to mount it upside down. I cut holes through the bottom lip on the radiator and then resealed it with rubber sealant (for windshields, etc). The hoses are a straight shot to the metal tubes that feed the existing cooler lines, so you don't have to splice anything together this way. I cable tied the hoses to the support member that also holds the tension rod in, so they're tucked away nicely. I like this location because it's directly in front of the auxilary fan - so it should get better air flow at idle when it really counts.

I USED A HAYDEN COOLER AND IT WAS PLACED BETWEEN THE CONDENSER AND RADIATOR.
