:ylsuper Are the trannys from a 95and up compatable with the trannys from a 91-93 240sx 5 speed that is? I have a 92 240sx with 2nd gear grinding problems and when I turn hard it grinds, so I need a new transmission. Was going to get one from a 96 with 40k miles but want to know if it will fit my 92 with no problems! Please help ASAP!!

Manual trans have the same model # from 89- 98 with the same gear ratios. Model # FS5W71C. I believe the driveshafts are different on new ones.
