Sounds like all your solenoid circuits are disabled.

Trace electronic signals on wiring diagram.

No, I don't have a 1990 FSM.

See if you can find one on eBAy or books4cars. Most are the OEM bibles that came with the car, not the full size OEM FSM, and would apply to USDM cars, not JDM.

See if you can email Chally as he is a mechanic also in AU.

With ALL of them showing up at the same time I would check the connectors at the rear of the transmission. Make sure they're all plugged in.

Apparently they are all plugged in. Would I be right in suggesting that the codes may not have been cleared from a previous problem and if so how do I clear the codes?

Disconect the battery for 20 minutes.

I think you have a fuse or connection problem though.
