transmission and sputter problems please help

my transmission wont shift into all the gears and i dont need to use the clutch to get it into first or third also when i give it throttle it seems to sputter i would be greatful for any help thank you :help

Gonna need some background info...those problems could have a million causes.

ok what info do you need it will only shift into 1st 2nd and 3rd some times and when i took the shifter out the linkage arm is slanted i dont want to try to drive it i just did the rb25 swap all fluids are full and bled
