trailer light hook up for 05 titan

i have an 05 titan that is prewired with the 7 pin plug and has the two blue relays and the tan relay all installed from the factory and the damn trailer lights still won't work. does anyone know if there is some other switch or fuse or something to make the light hook up work?

There are two fuses under the hood and one under the RH in dash panel.they keep the trucks lamps proteced from the trailers faults.
