Well i went to go get into my car and go to work last night and i walked out my front door and my car is GONE!!

i ask mom and dad if they moved it and they say no!:eek: SOMEONE STOLE MY CAR!! i called the cops and filed a report is there anything else i can do to find it? please help me i've lost my baby

all these stolen cars lately make me glad I've got a busted *** looking car.

Damn man that sux. Thats 1 of my biggest fears when it comes to nice or even descent looking cars

Not sure what it's like where you live, but here a car like that would probably end up chopped.

Someone stole my girlfriend's Escort a few weeks ago, but it was recovered several hours later in good condition since there's no market for the car itself or the parts. Just some kids joyriding.

With a car like the 240SX, I'd imagine that there's a much higher chance someone stole it to part out.

Hell, maybe it'll work out and they'll find the car in good shape. If you've called the police there's not much more you can do except keep an eye out for your car. I actually knew someone who saw her stolen car driving around town.

Were you carrying Comprehensive (Other Than Collision) coverage on the car?

thats sux, around here a lot of cars have been broken into latley, which is weird since this is a nice little quiet town.

and most people don't even know what a 240sx is, i doubt it's on the top stolen cars list.

No. There aren't nearly enough of them out there to make the list. Still, I'd imagine that anyone at all aware of the "import scene" would know that the 240SX is pretty popular (relatively speaking).

Damn Ohio, we're quickly becoming the champs of car theft. Sorry to hear that man. I'm about 20 mins. east of columbus, post some picks of things that might show up or the car. We just had a guys Buick T-Type (Grand National) get stolen 2 weeks ago, this is bull**** and must stop.

lol... NR on ebay usually means "No Reserve" as in no reserve price is set for the auction. NR in the above link means "Not Ranked" (during the previous year).

I think i would freak out man... If i saw a car that even looked like mine riding around i would kick its ***. One thing i do want to do with my car is put something that only i would know like get microletters on your car somewhere

on insurance... how do covering mods work? do you just keep your receipts or what?

That's awesome, Bio. Glad to hear it.

It's the holiday season, or will be very soon, which causes theft in all shapes and sizes to go up. PLEASE everyone make sure to lock your cars and don't keep anything terribly expensive in there within view, like purses, CD cases (especially the big 208-size ones heh), amps and subs should probably be covered if they're visible.

Also, when you're walking out to your car, be aware of what's going on and keep your keys in your hand. If someone attacks you a key to the eye is always fun for the attacker.

Just some common sense stuff I've picked up along the way, figured I'd pass it on. Maybe it'll help at least one of you.

my buds car got jacked the other night, they recovered it under an underpass on teh freeway. they jacked his ps2 and tv/in dash.seems like everything is getting stolen lately.....

Friend of mine had his integra stolen a while back (2 years or so) GSR, greddy turbo kit, rims, jdm front end (1 peice headlights) and...... Glow in the dark paint, yes, glow in the dark paint, kinda a light blue during the day, at night in total darkness looked indiglow blue. So a week goes buy and the cops catch a DUMB *** kid that stole it driving around in it..... the car fricin glow's in the dark, what kind of dumb ***** steals a glow in the dark car and drives it around for a week....... lol I just hope all car theves are this smart

last i heard the acura integra was the most stolen car last year. Im moving out to an apartment with a buddy of mine in a week for the first time. This complex has had 3 cars stolen and 2 girls raped in the last year. My buddy drives a 94 prelude with chipped ecu, nitrous, z3 fenders, jdm type-s 220hp vtec engine. and i got the 240. I hope we'll be alright :-(
