trading my 2.5,...worth it or not?

so im planning on trading my o8 a/c 2.5 for an 08 3.5 a/c

heres a little info on the car:

Bodystyle 2 door Coupe

Engine3.5L V-6cyl

Mileage28,365

vehicle is going for 19,000

my a/c is financed through the bank and the balance for the car is $16,769.73

as far as options for the a/c i have no idea besides the fact that its not 6mt


just wanted to know if it was worth getting or not.


oh and my 2.5 has 28,800 miles on her btw
