Our exploder was having a few issues....transmission shifting hard, lsd plates slipping, timing chain guides extremely noisy...So, knowing what it's worth and how much $$$ it would take to fix these I decided to give somebody else the opportunity. and MPG=12 Traded for a 05 Focus sedan. Local Nissan dealer had marked it down quite a bit. Local trade, one owner. CR likes it.Will be much better for JR to drive back and forth to school next year.

Considering its the size of a school bus, I'd assume "not well"...

It's actually the smallest camaro ever built....the SS is supposed to have a pretty tight suspension from what I hear...

Nice pickup SVT! I had a focus for a little while - it's a fun little car, pretty dependable too - shouldn't have any issues with it!

Woooo hooo.Rich,

I thought first you made her trade for the X. LOL

Focus ha. Reliable cars. Just saw a test from magazines and they were showing FURD was on pair with Toyota and Honda quality wise and #'s of problems per 1000 units for the last 2 years.

My wifie had an 05 and now she has the 07 but you know that already. LOL

Which trim you got with it. S,SE or SES?

WHERE ARE THE PICTURES?

LOL

Seriously? The thing is HUGE! All dimensions of it are big, and the side by side comparison of it beside the new GTO shows how bad it dwarfs it in bulk.

Thanks guys!

Zozo, I remember that your wife loved her Furd!!! CJ's is a 05 Sedan ZX4 SESIt has a 6 disk indash that is MP3 compatible w/controls on the steering wheel!! Also, a nice FAT leather steering wheel with Telescopic/Tilt!! (wish my g had telescopic powers!)Spoiler, great MPG...It handles as good as a Honda 4-banger! (I like Honda )Fog Lights!CR REALLY likes it. It gets marks as good as Honda, Toyota, & Mazda.

We went back to the Nissan dealership today to give them a check and they have a used 2008 G37S coupe black/black..... I haz to drive it! Wifie wants a G37 Coupe! I think I picked a winner!!!

Oh, yeah pics!

Having driven the real GTOs versus the real Cameros, the fact is that it is really not huge at all.

Nice,

My wifes 05 was the same color and it was SES but it was the ZX5 hatchback. The 07 is SES also and has the GFX package. We had no problem with them at all. Only problem the 07 had is the heated seat element needed to be replaced. They did it under warranty with no question asked. Do you still have the original tires on? The 05 had all the original tires brakes and everything on it with 60 k before traded in for new. Those Pirelli tires are awesome they still had 50-60% thread left.

G37C hahah get it if you can get a good deal on it. Make here happy.

Rich,

Also there is a cool feauture in the Focus. In the diagnostic mode it will show sooooo many different things include oil temp, coolant temp, trouble codes, battery voltage, fuel volume etc, etc,

Better than the G LOL.

Here is how to get there:

Hold down your odometer reset button, turn your key and start the car, continue holding the button for a few seconds, and you'll get into "test mode", where you can scroll through a bunch of different readings by pressing the button.

Here is what you can see by just pressing the buttom after you entered in test mode.

1 Gauge Sweep All gauges carry-out sweep2 LCD Test Makes all the LCDs light up3 Bulb Test Lights all functioning cluster bulbs4 Rom Level Displays the instrument cluster ROM revision level5 NVM Level Displays the instrument clister NVM revision level6 DTC Diagnostic trouble codes7 Road speed MPH8 Road Speed Kmph9 RPMs10 Fuel Volume11 Engine cooland temperature12 battery voltage13 ABS Fail Displays ABS RAW input (H=over-charging or battery L=Ground)14 Electronic brake distrubution failure ^15 Illumination H=on L=off16 Crank sense H=ignition L=ground or over-charging

Thanks!!! I was very pleased at how clean the car was. It appears that the previous owner was a non-smoker too. I checked with Nissan to see what they did after taking it in trade. They only had to replace a wheel bearing and align it.It appears the previous owner had just put new Goodyears on it and possibly did the brakes recently. Tires are around 9/32nds all around.

Zozo, thanks for the info!I got to drive it back from the music store earlier today and it's got PLENTY of ZIP for Jr!! However, I did see on the internet that a K&N CAI would give it 11 more HP to the wheels....

Also, will be checking price on a new 08 G37C tomorrow....Found a white one with Prem. We'll see......

White g37 ohhhh man. I think I like the coupe better in white. Sedan black coupe white. Oh yeah..... My favorite duo. Black coupe looks sexy to. I would probably get a roof overlay and a tint on the white g37. It look hawt.
