trade in value

i bought bc racing coilovers for my car...but im pretty sure in about two or three years i going to trade it in to get another car. if i put the coilovers in, would it depriciate my car value alot. I really dont want to leave stock suspensions cant i just put them back in when im ready to trade in? Im not sure on what to do. i just have the coilovers sitting there but dont want to put it in knowing that im not going to get a decent value. i have a 2009 3.5 fully loaded i have a stillen lip and two ten inch subs in the back.
