Trade for ca18?

I've been hoping around in my mind about which engine to decide on. Well i've come to the, hopefully, final conclusion that i want to swap a ca18 into my s14. NOW i have a ~40k 98 dohc ka24 with hotshot header, and injen short ram intake, also magnacore plug wires that i wish to trade in addition with some cash to make this all possible. I feel as if a ca18 with it's high revving capabilities and design is perfect for my car.
