Does anyone know how to turn the traction control completely off on a 2011 M37 sport I don't see a DCT button only a traction control button and when I hold it for 10 to 15 seconds or more the traction control light just goes off and won't come back on until I cut the car off and cut it back on but still won't let the car break traction

I think some people pull fuses and such, but you'd have to review the FSM on this forum and read the schematics, etc. to see what's connected to what.

Those functions are all controlled by the ABS, so you can't pull fuses without getting a Christmas tree on the dash. The VDC and slip lamps shouldn't be on in the first place, and the VDC OFF lamp should light up only when you press the VDC button. If any of them are on in the first place, it means some part of the system has a problem. In that case, there should be codes present if you scan it with an ABS-capable tool.
