I was searching for a file on my email account when I saw some emails that I exchanged with a guy that scammed me back in 2008 when I was still a noob. I sent the guy $200 via PayPal for some stock 350Z wheels and he never responded back to me after that.

So I took the initiative to google this guys email, name, and username that he used on the nicoclub forum that I found the for sale post on and from his photobucket pictures off the for sale thread.

Check out the post I made on the forum that this scammer is very active on. The OP of the thread I posted in is who I think scammed me. This guy has scammed numerous people online. The only thing he screwed up on was using the same usernames allowing me to track this foo down.

Dam dude good police work. First I have to say, whats up Army guys? Ive seen this 3 times now including this one where they are all army guys. Its absolutely disrespectful. Im sure a few Mods will take some part in helping if it doesnt get resolved.

Good luck man I hope you get your money back and this a-hole gets kicked out of the army if he still is enrolled. Its funny how no one has heard from him yet, but thats only because he knows he's caught.

OH SNAP!!! Ace be ready to drop carpets on scammers. I hope this one develops into something interesting. Ultimately ending with the scammer learning a lesson or as many as Ace and Greg can dish out together.

Disappoint. Matt Joel Smith, a scammer, is in the army. Major disappoint. Hope he gets what he's got coming.

GReddyTTz33 wrote: I feel obligated to respond to this post. First I dont know what happened with the sale of the 350z stock wheels Matt " Joel " was selling nor do I know why the purchaser never recieved them. I do know this... About 2 or 3 years ago I gave Matt my stock 350z 17in. wheels for 200 dollars. We were standing at my house and I told him he could go ahead and take them and just pay me the money whenever is best for Matt. Well... he took them and i never saw any money or any reason to as of why i wouldnt get the money in nearly a years time. Also to my best knowledge the wheels disappeared. I chose to let it go in hopes of not damaging a close friendship but in time things change....

^Yeah. The guy that originally had the 350Z wheels pm'd me on the forum to let me know. I can't believe this scammer would actually go and ruin his reputation and scam local people.

This guy must be scared sh*tless now since I put his face on the internet.

I forwarded all the information I have on this guy to the U.S. Army Criminal Investigation Command via email and they said he is not currently active thus they could not do anything about it.

Probably hasn't posted, because the locals may have already gotten to him. He probably doesn't have any limbs right now. Just saying.
