14.2 @ 101.5? hmm did you have a slow shift in there?

i dont even have a vlsd and i ran 14.1@97 with a 2.4 60' stock boost. similar setup. you can definately pull a faster time

Yes but im running stock IC and stock boost.Best i seen with this set up on here was 14.0 or so.I know with a lil more boost i can do better than that but i dont have 300 to dish out on a boost controller.(at least the one i want)

Well you definately have a built motor to be able to trap 103mph on stock boost. Can't really say it's because of the driver either, due to the crappy 60ft time...

yah 13.7 was the best i could pull with stock boost and smic too, but i pulled a 13.4 with 10psi on the side mount, and multiple 12.9's with fmic and 13-14psi, its all about the driver, i see 240's with sr20's with fmic and full exhaust struggling for 13's all time

wow beemen. How the hell did you get a 1.89 60ft time with an open diff and street tires? Nice.

I plan on hitting up the track more than twice like I did this past year. I haven't decided if I am going to upgrade to an s15 t28 and get it tuned or just run the stock turbo and run 14lbs with a FMIC. I doubt I'd come anywhere close to that 12.9 on the stock turbo though.

I bought a R32 vlsd with a 4.36 final drive that Im planning on putting on my car. Not sure how much it will help my times though.

yeah kinda wierd. because my old car i ran a 14.1 @ 97mph with less? but i had shorter gears in my last car as well. by stock setup i assume intake/downpipe/exhaust. 103 is mighty quick stock boost! how much, if any, power is lost due to a thicker headgasket? yeah my 60ft was garbage face. i had some bald *** tires, and it was actually a 2.28 hehehehe. but i know with a 101 trap i shoulda been in 13's.

i dont think you lost anymore than 5hp with the thicker headgasket. quit blaming your headgasket
