Ok here is my issue: My SR's TPS has 2 connectors instead of 1.After my harnes conversion Only 1 of the plugs on the harness would fit.I have found the plug that is supposed to be used on that connector, but im not sure if its as simple as wiring in the correct plug.I have an image to show what im talking about. Thanks in advance.

Sounds like someone swapped the stock throttle body setup. The plug in the middle that you said doesn't fit, which should be brown with a yellow inside connector, is the stock TPS plug. The three wires should be light green w/reddish purple stripe (power), solid white (position signal), and black (sensor ground). Some throttle bodies (RB20, for instance) actually have 2 connectors; one for the throttle position sensor and one for the throttle valve sensor, which inputs to the auto transmission for "kick down" to a lower gear.

The 6 wire plug is for the automatic SR20DET. So decide which one you want to use. Both are SR TPS connectors, just for different ECU's.
