Ok, so I adjusted my TPS to FSM specs the other day because of my rough idle/rich condition. I haven't had a chance to check my gas mileage yet, but I will see how it is affected. The FSM says to adjust the TPS voltage to between .35 and .65v. I adjusted mine to .35; my question is how does the different voltage affect driveability and the engine in general. Is the car more rich at .65 or no? I understand the function of the TPS, but was unclear on how the voltages affected it. Thanks.

The voltage just tells the ECU how far open the throttle is. Higher the voltage, generally the more fuel is gonna be in there. But the range that the ECU sees is pretty far, and a minor depression on the gas pedal sends that TPS voltage up pretty quick. I guess the 0.65v will be a little richer than the 0.35v but the difference in there is pretty miniscule, I don't think it'd be really noticiable.
