tps as in tire pressure? 240's don't have them. if you want to know where your throttle position sensor is, theres FSM's all over this forum.

The throttle position sensor is located on the throttle body. if you have an early model KA (89-94) it is a rod type meaning that it is connected directly to the throttle body pivot bolt. Later model KA's (95-98) use an external arm that can be rotated manually and independent of the throttle body which helps in the diagnose process.

may i ask why??

If you have an older ka like mine(89) just follow the big plastic tube from your air cleaner(big black box on your right as your facing your car) to the throttle body. on the left of the throttle body you will see a small black box w/ 2 bolts(1 on top and 1 on bottom) holding it to the "tb", and 2 sets of wires coming of of it . its more rectangular than square and its about 2-2 1/2 inches high.
