I was doing a tune-up on my car today (plugs, wires, rotor, cap, timing) and for doing the timing I unplugged the TPS on the throttle body. That's when I noticed it was moving around, and then when I tried to unscrew the top and bottom screws, they both broke on me! So my TPS is just chilling in there at the moment, and it seems to working ok, but it rotates a little bit when I gun the throttle.

So my question is, is it ok to run it like this until I can get a friend with a drill to help me drill and tap the threads?

your call.. you might have a engine light wink on or some drivability issues. especially if you have an auto trans.
