I hade trouble last night getting a voltage reading from my tps. But I also am not good at using a multimeter.

Question: If my TPS is dead or is set way off, would that give me a problem with a good compression reading? My numbers are low but I'm thinking it's the TPS. Last night I tried setting it and it didn't seem to change a thing....

How were you taking the voltage readings?

TPS is electrical and in no way affects mechanical test results.

+1 that will not affect your comp test results.
