So im in the middle of another sr swap. And while im hooking up the harness i realize that there is a ridiculous tps plug that i have not seen before. After checking my other car it is most def not the same, and will not plug into the engine harness. Here are some pics. Anyone know what it is from? Thanks!!!!!!

That is a TPS for an automatic transmission SR. It means that the harness and probably the engine are automatic. You can install a manual TPS on the throttle body and rewire the auto harness to work on the manual TPS easily.

I can't remember the wire colours off the top of my head, but 3 of them are for the ECU, and the other 3 would be for the ATCU.

If your harness has a 3 prong TPS plug, I would try to pick up a manual TPS switch or you can attempt to figure which wires do what and wire it up that way.

Would attempting to wire it up and failing harm anything?

It wouldn't permanently damage anything. It would just make the car run like crap and your ECU would toss a code. I'm gonna look up the wiring for it here in a few

EDIT: I remembered Nick posting the wiring up for this back in the dayhttp://forums.nicoclub.com/zerothread?id=192573
