Ok, so I was having an issue with when my idle was down below 1200-1300 rpms it would drop below 700 and cycle at lights and stuff once it was warm. I went ahead and did the whole spray carb cleaner down into the AAC and and that cleared up a lil bit.
Then today I decided to check my TPS, it was reading .25v. I went ahead and adjusted it to where it was reading .48 (close enough to .5 for me.) Then realized the throttle wasn't getting the 4v, it was getting 3v. However, it was hitting the stop on the cable side before it reached the 4v spot on the TPS. I could move the TPS arm by hand get the full 4+ volts.
I know I ghetto rigged it, but I ground the stop down to where my throttle gets the full travel to where it reads .48v at idle and 4.02v wot. However once that was done it now idles around 1600-1800 rpm.
So, I followed the next step in fixing idle issued and warmed the car up to operating temp, turned car off, disconnected the TPS, and the idle dropped for a second then went back up to around 1800rpm. Tried adjusting the IACV, but it's maxed out on the lowering idle direction.
So, my question is what did I do to get the idle to where it wont go below around 1600-1800 rpms?
